Refund Policy

All sales are final.

Due to the nature of digital products, all purchases made on uihub.design are non-refundable. Once a template has been purchased and access has been granted, the transaction is considered complete and cannot be reversed.

Why we don't offer refunds

Unlike physical goods, digital templates cannot be "returned" once delivered. Access to the Framer remix link is provided immediately upon purchase, which means the product has been fully transferred at the moment of sale. For this reason, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or credits after a purchase has been completed.

Before you purchase

We strongly encourage you to review all available information before completing a purchase, including the template preview, description, and any demo links provided. If you have any questions about a template, its features, compatibility, or suitability for your project, please reach out to us before purchasing. We're happy to help you make the right decision.

Exceptions

We will only consider a refund in the following circumstances:

• You were charged more than once for the same product due to a technical error

• You did not receive access to the product after a successful payment

In either case, please contact us within 14 days of purchase with proof of the issue and we will resolve it promptly.
